We spend considerable time verifying the safety of each broker by examining their regulatory licenses. We also consider numerous factors when deciding which tier a regulator belongs to. Regulators that we rank as the world’s top regulators, gets a tier 1 rank, while regulators who only scores a tier 5-rank, provide virtually no regulatory oversight. When comparing brokers, trading costs are a significant factor. We consider the minimum deposit required to open an account and ongoing costs, including spreads and commissions. We measure the cost to trade one lot of EUR/USD using the broker’s account with the lowest minimum deposit, including both the spread and any commission charged.
We found that Exness has overall lower trading costs than InstaForex.
Trading Platforms Offered Traders prefer brokers that offer a variety of trading platforms. We rate brokers higher if they support multiple platforms like MetaTrader4, MetaTrader5, cTrader, and proprietary platforms.
Copy trading is beneficial for beginner traders or those unable to trade full-time. In this case both Exness and InstaForex offer copy trading.
A broader range of CFD instruments provides more trading opportunities. InstaForex offers a greater variety of instruments compared to Exness:
For those interested in trading cryptocurrencies, Exness offers 34 cryptocurrencies, while InstaForex offers 12 cryptocurrencies. Therefore, Exness is the better choice for cryptocurrency trading.
Traders prefer brokers with quick and cost-effective deposit and withdrawal processes. We favor brokers that process withdrawals within 24 hours using multiple methods without charging fees.We found that InstaForex charges a withdrawal fee and Exness does not. Overall, Exness has better deposit and withdrawal processes than InstaForex.
We often find that brokers offer very little in the way of educational materials, forcing traders to use other third-party sites or self-educate elsewhere. Beginner traders need well-structured, well-presented materials in multiple formats to get a good start at trading. More experienced traders also benefit from webinars led by experts in the field and advanced trading strategy sections with new trading ideas.
Exness and InstaForex both have moderate educational support. Both Exness and InstaForex offer educational support for more experienced traders.Access to frequent and high-quality market research and analysis is crucial.

Exness is a popular global broker with nine different trading accounts and one of the lowest-cost Cent Accounts in the industry. Exness offers support for MT4, MT5, and its user-friendly proprietary platform, Exness Terminal, available as a desktop and mobile app. In addition to fundamental and technical market analysis tools, including FXStreet News and Trading Central, Exness also hosts expert-led educational seminars in various regions as well as live webinars.

With a broad range of tradable instruments, excellent platform support, and fixed spread accounts, InstaForex appeals to traders who prefer predictable trading conditions. However, InstaForex's trading costs are significantly higher than average across all four of its trading accounts.
A well-regulated broker, InstaForex offers trading on shares, indices, commodities, metals, energies, cryptocurrencies, futures, and over 100 Forex pairs - a much larger range than is typically available at other brokers.
InstaForex offers four live instant execution accounts, all with a minimum deposit of 1 USD. Spreads are fixed at 3 pips (EUR/USD) on its commission-free accounts and 0 pips (EUR/USD) on it's commission-based accounts in exchange for a commission of 30 USD (round turn) per lot traded. These trading costs are significantly higher than other brokers, but don't vary with trade volume or market volatility.
Both the MT4 and MT5 trading platforms are available, alongside two of InstaForex’s own web-based platforms. It also offers numerous trading tools, including VPS hosting services, various copy trading applications, and a number of technical analysis tools.
One drawback is that the educational materials are poorly presented and lack depth, making it a poor choice for beginner traders. However, InstaForex's market analysis materials are detailed and frequently updated to help traders make better trading decisions.
